Getting help

We aim to provide you with the most appropriate help for your situation. You may just need some practical support to manage your feelings or ideas to get active and improve wellbeing. You can also find specialist support and helplines for a range of issues such as addiction, bereavement or debt.

Do you need help but are unsure about what kind? Complete our 'stress test' to have a clearer idea of what kind of support and treatment is likely right for you today. It will look at your answers and offer you suggestions on what to explore next. These include using self-help guides, therapeutic learning (SilverCloud), or accessing your employer's counselling service or the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme.
