The Wellbeing Hub supports all NHS, health and social care staff in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.

Getting help

The hub is run by experienced therapists, offering confidential and free psychological support and emotional advice. If you think you are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties (either personally or professionally) then we can help. This service will enhance any wellbeing support already in place within your organisation.

To access our services you must live OR work within Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland for one of the following:
- an NHS Trust.
- Social Care for a Local Authority.
- Any Health or Social Care role for a private or third sector provider commissioned by a Local Authority, an Integrated Care Board or by NHS England.
- Primary Care.
- Public health.
